Murder In The Dark
A downloadable game for Windows
Inspired by the Mandela Catalogue
Footage was found of a bunch of kids encountering an alternate at an underground bunker late at night. This footage is being viewed in a hope that it can give them more information about these alternates.
You’ll most likely get lost when you reach the second floor. Here’s a video to help you when that happens.
This game has a lot of redeeming qualities, it’s just the middle part of the game that doesn’t give you enough information on what you need to do. Since the game is almost 2 years old and the code was poorly done, It would just be easier to rebuild the game from the ground up, which I won’t do because priorities have shifted to support my current game, but for those who still want to complete it, now you know how.

I really liked the game, but I couldn't figure out how to finish it, also the fact that you can't run was infuriating! still, pretty neat game
Yeah, You're right :( . since the code I wrote 2 years ago isn't good, It would be easier for me to rebuild the game from the ground up to fix these major flaws.
Instead I might put up a video on this page to guide anyone through the confusing parts.

Your potential in the horror space really is out of this world and I'm hoping you continue to grow and see success! Your natural ability to create really intense atmospheres is one of my favorite things about your games, the fact that (SPOILER)
nothing really jumps out and scares you shows me how talented you guys are! I definitely need to check out some of your other projects/works but I'd really like to see you flesh out some more monster ideas...even if it's a simple silhouette...Just a suggestion! Everyone over there at meatyoats is super talented and I simply can't wait to see more. Keep up the great work and keep refining your craft.
